Editing a Worksheet

Sometimes we may have to change the cell contents, for it may be a wrong entry in the first place, or a new information received make the present contents obsolete and hence need to change.

For this we need to do the following:

1. We need to move to the cell we need to edit. (You can use the mouse or the arrow keys to move over to that cell)

2. Put the cell in edit mode by either double clicking it or pressing the key F2.

3. Change the contents as we wish and press either Enter or Tab key to move to the adjacent cell to accept this change.

In step 3 should we change our mind and decide to leave the contents as they are, we can press Esc key to come out of the edit mode. Or we can press the key F2 to cancel this change.
