Important – Read Before Adding or Removing Capital

Bottom line: TSLY is a single-stock options-income ETF that seeks high weekly (or periodic) distributions by writing calls against synthetic exposure to Tesla (TSLA). Tesla’s high volatility can generate substantial option premiums, making the fund popular with income investors who want Tesla-linked cash flow.

It is not a pure Tesla investment or a set-and-forget holding. Upside is capped, downside remains largely unprotected, and NAV erosion is common when distributions include significant return of capital or when Tesla trends strongly higher or lower. Concentration risk is very high.

Position sizing should reflect Tesla’s extreme volatility and the structural trade-off of capped upside for income. Always review the latest prospectus, distribution composition, and Tesla’s outlook. This is not investment advice.
